At CottonCat, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, transparent, and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse to the shipping address provided at checkout.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handover to our courier partners.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is provided on all orders.
There are no additional handling, packaging, or delivery charges.
The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email, which includes:

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link for real-time status updates

Customers are advised to regularly check the tracking link for delivery updates.

6. Packaging & Delivery

All products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

CottonCat is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailability at the delivery location
  • Courier partner delays or operational issues

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a resolution or re-shipment.
