  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from dispatch
  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is dispatched

CottonCat is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or events beyond our control.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on the website
  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cases as per the policy
