Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for all orders placed through our official website:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking (via major Indian banks)
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select pin codes and order values

2. Payment Security

  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
  • CottonCat does not store any sensitive card or banking information. Transactions are handled by trusted third-party payment processors.
  • For fraud prevention and customer safety, orders may be subject to verification before processing.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details and invoice.
  • In case of COD orders, confirmation will be sent upon placing the order, and the amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Please ensure your card/bank details are entered correctly and have sufficient balance.
  • If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank.
  • Orders will not be confirmed or processed until payment is successfully received (except for COD).

5. Refunds on Cancelled or Returned Orders

  • Refunds for eligible returns or cancelled prepaid orders will be processed as per our [Return & Refund Policy].
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In the case of COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID, as provided during the return process.

6. Currency & Pricing

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices displayed on product pages are inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping, unless otherwise specified.
